Dehydrated textured vegetable protein/ soy mince - simply add boiled water to rehydrate for 5 minutes before adding to your pan. Once rehydrated this can be used in the same way as veggie mince found in chiller/ freezer aisles.

We recommend flavouring with some bouillon, stock or yeast extract for flavour!
